PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Scope of work: The project includes the demolition of a breakroom to install an ADA compliant single use public restroom.

ENGINEERS ESTIMATE:
$250,000-$265,000

PRE-BID WALK THROUGH:
All bidders must attend a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND WALK THROUGH OF THE PROJECT SITE on Thursday, May 11th at 10.00 am at the project site located at 208 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.

BID OPENING INFORMATION:
Bids submitted on the Town of Los Gatos Plan Room shall be opened/downloaded and publicly read live in the Clerk’s Office at 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030 or via a Zoom meeting scheduled for May 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Please contact Dan Keller at DKeller@losgatosca.gov for the Zoom link to participate.

Plans and Specifications may be viewed or downloaded at no cost via the internet at www.losgatosplanroom.com (Planroom). Potential bidders must “register for an account” through the Plan Room and request to be placed on the Plan Holder’s in order to receive notice of any future Addenda. Bidders are required check the Plan Room for any addenda and acknowledge each Addendum before submitting any bid.
