PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Scope of work: The project includes the demolition of a breakroom to install an ADA compliant single use public restroom.

PRE-BID WALK THROUGH:
All bidders must attend a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND WALK THROUGH OF THE PROJECT SITE on Tuesday, March 7th at 10.00 am at the project site located at 208 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.

JOB PURCHASE INFORMATION:
Plans and Specifications may be viewed or downloaded at no cost via the internet at www.losgatosplanroom.com (Planroom). Potential bidders must “register for an account” through the Plan Room and request to be placed on the Plan Holder’s in order to receive notice of any future Addenda. Bidders are required check the Plan Room for any addenda and acknowledge each Addendum before submitting any bid.
