PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Scope of work: The project includes earthwork, retaining walls, drainage systems, fencing, railings, tree protection, tree removals, procurement and installation of bicycle and pedestrian bridge, traffic control, concrete and ac trail construction, signing, striping and public coordination.

Engineer’s Estimate: $3,800,000 to $4,400,000

Potential bidders must “register for an account” through the Plan Room and request to be placed on the Plan Holder’s in order to receive notice of any future Addenda.
